Our Farmers
Billie’s reconnects people to where their food comes from. In the past 70 years, the number of people who live on a farm has decreased from 40% to 2%. Food is more available than ever before but there’s never been a larger gap between farmers and consumers.

Absolutely! Online ordering isn’t available yet, but give us a call to place your order. We can also accommodate large group orders with 24 hours notice, and offer delivery for group orders in the Airway Heights area.

Where possible, we are committed to sourcing all our ingredients from Inland Northwest Producers. However, the short growing season and state regulations make this challenging. On average, we source 70% ingredients and products from the Inland Northwest. We promise to be fully transparent about our sourcing practices and always welcome inquiries.
